Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. We ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Express, selected based on destination and package weight.

All shipments include a tracking number emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International orders are accepted on a case‑by‑case basis; customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer. FrameForge is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
