Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are in original, unused condition with all documentation and packaging intact.

Return requests must be initiated by emailing returns@polymerpistolframesand80lowerreceiversshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label for most domestic returns.

No restocking fee is applied when the item is returned in sellable condition. Items returned damaged, altered, or missing components will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be refused.
